I am a Certified Points of You® Business Trainer, ICF PCC Coach, and Leadership and Team Development Facilitator specializing in psychological safety, dialogue culture, and experiential learning in organizations. My work focuses on supporting HR and L&D professionals, leaders, managers, and teams in creating workplaces where trust, reflection, emotional intelligence, and meaningful communication can thrive. My academic background in Psychology, together with my Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and Employee Relations, has shaped the way I work: always at the meeting point of human depth and organizational reality. My background in Psychology and Human Resource Management has shaped the way I see development: not only as a matter of skills and performance, but as a deeply human process that begins with awareness, trust, and the quality of our conversations. I work mainly with HR and L&D professionals, leaders, managers, and teams who want to create workplaces where people feel safe to think, speak, contribute, and grow. Through business trainings, leadership workshops, team development experiences, retreats, and coaching, I create spaces where reflection becomes practical, dialogue becomes meaningful, and learning becomes something people can truly feel and carry with them. What continues to inspire me about the Points of You® methodology is its rare ability to open people up gently yet powerfully. Images have a way of bypassing the obvious, inviting honesty, fresh perspective, and deeper connection. As a Lead Master, I also support other professionals in learning and using the method with depth, clarity, and purpose. I am also an ICF PCC, President-Elect of ICF Greece, and a faculty member of the Morphosis Coaching program.
