Azer supports mid-career professionals, especially those in leadership roles, to overcome challenges during career transitions – from promotions to job changes, returning to work after parental leave and/or reinventing career after lay-offs. Her mission is to empower them with practical strategies, personalized guidance, and a renewed sense of purpose.

Azer Karabıyık is a passionate Career Transition Coach and the founder of T!NK Coaching & Consulting, leading the Leaders in Transition program since 2023. As an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), ORSC Trained Coach, and Points of You® Certified Business Trainer, Azer empowers mid-career professionals, especially leaders, to navigate transformative career changes with confidence. With over 12 years of corporate experience at global companies like SONY, Yapı Kredi, Coca-Cola, and Danone, she brings a holistic approach to leadership development and talent management. Fluent in English and intermediate in French, Azer is also a dedicated mother and an enthusiastic open-sea swimmer.
